What size of projects do you take on?
Most engagements sit between €50k and €1M. Smaller pieces work when they are a deliberate step toward something larger. Below that range, a short discovery is usually a better use of the budget than a rushed build.
How does a project start?
With a short call about the problem, not a pitch. If it looks like a fit, we propose a discovery with a fixed scope and price that ends in an architecture, a costed delivery plan and a clickable prototype.
Do you work with fixed prices?
Discovery is always fixed price. Delivery is milestone-based, with each milestone scoped and priced before it starts, so the commitment is never open-ended.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are yours, in your repositories, from the first commit. There is no separate licence to buy and nothing you must keep paying for to keep running.
Where is data hosted?
In the EU by default, on infrastructure we agree with you before anything is built. Where a specific jurisdiction or provider is required, that becomes a constraint in the architecture rather than an exception to it.
