Infrastructure and hardware.

Planned, deployed and operated — from the first assessment to the secure decommissioning of old equipment.

What we do.

Assessment and modernisation

An inventory of what is installed, what it is being asked to do and where it no longer holds up — capacity, support status, failure history, licensing. The result is a prioritised plan with what to replace, what to extend and what to leave alone.

You receive: an inventory of what is installed, findings on capacity, support status and risk, and a prioritised plan with what to replace, extend or leave.

What we need from you: access to the estate and to whoever administers it.

Configured systems and coordinated deployment

Servers, storage, networking and workstations specified for the workload, configured before they arrive, and installed to a schedule agreed with the people whose work stops while it happens.

You receive: systems configured to an agreed specification, an installation plan with the downtime window, and an as-built record.

What we need from you: the workload the systems have to carry, and a window agreed with the people whose work pauses.

Virtualisation and hybrid operation

Consolidating workloads onto fewer hosts, and splitting what belongs on your own hardware from what belongs in a hosted environment, with the reasoning written down rather than assumed.

You receive: the consolidated environment, the placement decision for each workload with its reasoning, and the runbook for operating it.

What we need from you: current utilisation figures, and any constraint on where a workload may run.

Backup and recovery

Backups designed around what you would actually need back and how quickly. Restores are tested on a schedule, because an untested backup is an assumption, not a recovery plan.

You receive: the backup configuration, the recovery objectives agreed in writing, a restore test report, and the recovery runbook.

What we need from you: a decision on what must come back and how quickly, per system.

Identity, device management and workplace

One identity per person across systems, access rules that reflect the organisation, and devices that configure themselves on first start and stay managed afterwards.

You receive: the identity and access configuration, the device build and enrolment process, the access rules as implemented, and joiner, mover and leaver procedures.

What we need from you: your organisational structure and who may reach what, including exceptions.

Maintenance and extended operation

Keeping systems in service safely for as long as that makes sense: spares held for the configurations we supply, firmware and patching on an agreed schedule, and a clear view of when extension stops being the cheaper option.

You receive: a maintenance schedule, the patch and firmware record, the spares held, and a replacement forecast per system.

What we need from you: the maintenance windows you can accommodate.

Asset retirement with documented data sanitisation

Equipment leaving service is inventoried, its data erased to a documented procedure, and the erasure recorded per device so the disposal can be evidenced afterwards.

You receive: an inventory of retired equipment, a per-device erasure record naming the procedure applied, and confirmation of disposal.

What we need from you: confirmation of which equipment is released, and any retention obligation that applies to it.

Commercial terms: engagement options, scope and changes, ownership

Identity, devices and access for the whole organisation.

The workplace behind your teams, from the first sign-in to the last device, kept consistent as the organisation grows or restructures.

Identity and access

One identity for every employee across all systems, with explicit rules for who may reach what, from where, and on which device.

Devices at scale

Laptops and workstations that configure themselves on first start, with central management and a consistent build across hundreds of devices.

Migrations and consolidation

Moving email, files and collaboration across, including merging two environments after an acquisition, with the cutover planned around the working week.

See Advisory

Security baselines and records

Baseline configuration, data loss prevention, retention rules and reporting that can be produced for an audit.

Governance before AI tooling

Permissions and data boundaries established before assistant tooling is introduced, so it can only reach what each person is already entitled to see.

Components and compatibility.

Where a system is being extended or kept in service, the part has to match the machine it is going into. We validate that before quoting, not after delivery.

Server memory

DDR4 and DDR5, RDIMM and LRDIMM, registered and ECC. Rank, speed and voltage are matched to what the board expects rather than to the datasheet. Tell us the server model and the current configuration and we will identify the right modules.

Servers and server components

Complete systems or individual parts: power supplies, RAID and HBA controllers, processors, heatsinks, fans, risers and drive caddies. Caddies and controllers are checked against your chassis generation before anything is ordered.

Storage

Enterprise drives (SAS, SATA, NVMe) and complete storage systems, configured and ready to run. Interface, sector format and firmware are confirmed against your controller, not just the connector.

Networking

Switches, transceivers and network cards. Transceivers are matched to the switch that has to accept them, so the link comes up on the first attempt.

Workstations and laptops

Desktop workstations and laptops specified for the work they do and supplied in consistent batches, so a fleet stays a fleet.

If a part is not listed, send us the part number and we will source it. Where a part is discontinued we say so and propose the equivalent that works.

Questions

Common questions.

Do you supply new and refurbished hardware?

Both. Refurbished enterprise hardware is often the better value for a given workload, and we will say so when it is. Where new hardware is the right call — warranty, lead time or expected service life — we source that instead.

Can you configure servers to order?

Yes. Tell us the configuration you want, or describe the workload and we will specify CPU, memory, storage and networking against it before you commit to anything.

Do you buy back used hardware?

Yes. Equipment is inventoried on return and its data erased to a documented procedure, with the erasure recorded per device.

Do you deliver outside Germany?

Yes, across Europe. Delivery terms, lead times and applicable duties are confirmed in writing with the offer.

What do you need? (choose everything that applies)

For business customers only.

Warranty and return terms are stated in each offer.
