The systems
your business runs on.
Software, Data & IT Infrastructure.
We assess what you have, build what you need, and keep it running.
What we do.
Three capabilities, under one contract and one accountable lead.
Software & Data
Business systems built around how the work is actually done, and the data that comes out of them.
- Business applications, portals and internal tools
- Integration between ERP, CRM, warehouse and order systems
- Purchasing, approval, invoicing and document workflows
- Data platforms, reporting and dashboards
Infrastructure & Hardware
The systems underneath, from what you run today to what replaces it, and what happens to the old equipment.
- Assessment of existing infrastructure and modernisation planning
- Configured systems and coordinated deployment
- Backup and recovery, including restore testing
- Identity, device management and the digital workplace
Advisory
An independent read on technology before a decision is made, and a plan for what follows it.
- Technology due diligence
- Post-acquisition integration planning
- Architecture assessments and modernisation roadmaps
- System selection and delivery planning
How we deliver.
Four stages. Each is scoped, priced and approved before it starts, and each ends in something you can check.
Requirements and architecture
Workshops with the people who actually run the process, an analysis of the current state, a target architecture, the risks we can see, and a plan broken into phases.
- Responsible
- A named, accountable lead. Decisions and open items are recorded as the work proceeds, and the continuity arrangements are set out in the contract.
- You receive
- Requirements document
- Architecture outline
- Phase plan with a fixed scope and price per phase
- You approve
- Written sign-off on the requirements and the phase plan before any build starts.
Implementation and integration
Build in short iterations, each ending in a working increment. Decisions and changes are written down as they are made, and any change is priced before it is built.
- Responsible
- Sautas leads the work and coordinates every specialist involved. You deal with one counterparty.
- You receive
- Working increments at the end of each iteration
- Decision and change log
- Interface documentation
- You approve
- You review each increment, and approve any change in writing before it is built.
Testing and acceptance
Automated tests across the business-critical paths, and performance checked against the volumes and conditions the system will actually meet. Acceptance criteria are agreed before the phase starts.
- Responsible
- Tested by us, accepted by you, against criteria both sides agreed in advance.
- You receive
- Test plan
- Test report
- Acceptance record, listing anything still open
- You approve
- A customer acceptance test against the agreed criteria, signed off with the acceptance record.
Operation and support
What happens after launch, set out in writing before launch: who runs what, what is monitored and who is alerted, how updates are applied, how backups are taken and restores tested, and the response arrangements that apply.
- Responsible
- Responsibilities are split explicitly between us, your team and any third party, including out of hours.
- You receive
- Runbook
- Responsibility matrix
- Operations agreement
- You approve
- The operations agreement is signed before go-live, and provides for handover to your team or another supplier under the notice agreed in it.
We publish no general service level. Support hours, response times and recovery objectives differ per system and are agreed per contract.
