Mergers & Acquisitions
Technology that holds up in a transaction.
When companies are bought, sold or handed over, their systems decide how much value survives.

Buy-side.
We look for targets in our network, and we look hard at the ones you have already found. Technology due diligence covers the shop, the systems around it, the data, security, licences and the costs that never appear on the balance sheet: end-of-life platforms, unsupported versions, custom code nobody maintains, licence terms that change the moment ownership does.
From there we plan the integration — what it takes to merge the systems, in what order, and what it costs — assessed before you sign rather than discovered afterwards. When the deal closes, we carry out that work: shops, data and the connections between them.
For owners
Sell-side.
Looking for a buyer or successor?
Before a sale or a handover, we put the technical side in order: a shop that is current and maintained, data that is clean and complete, systems that are documented rather than carried in one person's head. A buyer who cannot see how the business runs discounts what they cannot see, and that discount is usually larger than the work would have cost.
We also search our network for suitable buyers, investors and strategic partners, and make discreet introductions. Your name is only shared with your consent.
How it runs.
Nothing moves to the next step without your agreement, and nothing carries your name until you say so.
Confidential first call
What you are trying to do, and whether we are the right people for it. No documents, no commitment.
NDA
Signed before anything specific about your business changes hands, in either direction.
Assessment or anonymised profile
Buyers get a technology assessment of the target. Owners get a short profile of the business that carries no name until they say otherwise.
Targeted approach
We approach a shortlist we can justify, one at a time, rather than circulating a document and hoping.
Introduction once both sides agree
Names are exchanged when both sides have said yes, and not before.
